Thanks to the covers on a swim spa there is no need for air conditioning when installed inside because the cover captures heat and humidity. While outside no additional roofing is required due to the heat retaining properties of the cover and swimspa insulation.
The Swim spa can be placed above ground on just a concrete platform and is completely portable as with regular spas. Alternatively the swimspa can be installed in ground.
