Every manufacturer that we represent have their own warranties from 1 to 10 years. With every spa you get a warranty that will include a comprehensive parts warranty and in some cases a labour warranty too.

Our Commitment to You.

We believe in giving our customers the facts and information necessary for them to make an informed choice. The purchase of a spa is a long-term investment for you and your family, so a spa should be designed to give years of trouble free and stress free use.
A spa should be built using the best quality materials, along with the best quality components. Our spas meet all these criteria, and with the best warranties in the industry, you will not find better quality spas on the market today.
Add to all this Simply Spas personal commitment to all our customers. Our experts are always on hand to provide an instant response to any queries or problems that you may have, 7 days a week

BE CAREFUL !!

Many spa manufacturers would have you believe that their warranties are transferable from person to person and country to country but in most cases that is simply not true.

For example if you purchase a spa in the UK and have it installed in France you will already lost the labour part of your warranty and in some cases the parts warranty too.

The labour element of the warranty is maintained by the selling dealer and if you are now in a different country from his showroom you have little hope of getting him out to do a repair in the event of a breakdown. Some spa dealers would have you believe that they have local technicians  in your particular area again in most cases this is untrue and when faced with a breakdown you will be on your own and you will have to pay substantial call out fees, that of course is if you are lucky enough to fiind somebody willing to take on the problem.

Even the biggest spa manufacturers with their all singing and dancing warranties  will not pay the call out fees associated with breakdowns in these circumstances and if they allow you to read the small print you will see for yourself.

We can't emphasise enough the value of having a real person available who has a vested interest in your spa, who is able to take care of your spa from the day that it is installed untill the end of the warranty period and beyond.

One manufacturer in particular, Arctic, does not honour warranties where the spa is used in a commercial capacity  so if you plan to use an Arctic spa as part of a rentable ski chalet for example, the warranty would be officially null and void so in that case you would be wise to explore other brands, suitable for the weather conditions, where the warranty would be valid and you can see it in writing. Again, the selling dealer would be happy to tell you not to worry about the warranty, trust us when we say you should!

This is one of the reason why we at Simply spas sell several different brands as we can cater for all of our customers needs from hotel complexes to private family homes.
Remember that if a spa deal seems just too good to be true, it probably is!
