It's easy to order from Simply Spas. The process works like this:
1. TELEPHONE ORDERS
Please call us on 0033 (0) 553 416797 with your telephone number and your dedicated member of staff will promptly call you back to advise you and process your order.
2. EMAIL US
Just email us at simplyspas@aol.com with your requirements and your dedicated staff member will email information straight away.
3.
We will take your order and arrange a free site survey, a delivery date and send you an order confirmation.
4. Sign the confirmation and then fax, mail or email it back to us.
PAYMENT
Spas in stock, a 35% deposit is required on order confirmation, and the balance is due on the day of delivery .
If we have to order the spa of your choice then 50% deposit and again the balance on completion
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are normally within two weeks of the order, if we have the Hot-tub of your choice in stock it can be immediate!
We will give you an exact delivery date upon ordering
If you would like to choose your Spa now but want to delay delivery until you are ready a 10% holding deposit will secure any deal and the price will be held.
CURRENCY
We accept payment in Euros or Sterling and can now accept all major credit cards.
