It's easy to order from us. The process works like this:
1. TELEPHONE ORDERS
Please call us on 0033 (0) 553 416797 or 0626 692327 with your telephone number and your dedicated member can promptly call you back to advise you and process your order.
2. EMAIL US
Just email us at simplyspas@aol.com with your requirements and your dedicated staff member will email information straight away.
3. We will take your order and arrange a site survey if necessary, a delivery date and send you an order confirmation.
4. Sign the confirmation and then email it back to us.
PAYMENT
Deposits vary depending on the spa that you wish to buy. Generally 50% deposit is required on order confirmation, plus the transport charge, with the balance due on delivery unless you have decided to install the spa yourself, in which case the full price is payable before despatch. We can accept all major credit and debit cards.
DELIVERY TIMES
We are a multi brand agency therefore we have access to over 1400 spas all currently in stock in locations in Europe including Holland, Belguim, and the UK. We can have a spa delivered to your door within 14 days from any of our European partners. Spas in stock can be delivered within 1 week, sometimes a lot sooner. Special order spas, ie spas ordered from the USA directly will take longer but no more than 8 weeks however there are only a few models that are to order only.
CURRENCY
We accept payment in Euros or Sterling and accept all major credit and debit cards. Remember that by paying with a credit card you are automatically insured by the credit card company should anything go wrong.
Currency Exchange We accept payments in both Euros and Sterling and are happy to recommend SMART currency for you transfer needs. Log onto www.smartcurrencybusiness.com We use them so our recommendation is personal.
